The Class of LMB ’26, Iron Rails to Green Trails project, will educate the community about the history of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway and Veterans Parkway through a narrative panel and a digital history hub. The initiative will honor the transformation of this former industrial railway into a valued community of green space.
The project reflects Manhattan Beach’s inclusive community spirit and creates a lasting, high visibility educational asset that reflects the values and service mission of Leadership Manhattan Beach.
